No. ValueBond is a digital authentication and asset-linking platform. It does not offer investment products, financial advice, or collective investment schemes.
Are Intelligent Units (I.Us) shares or securities?
No. Intelligent Units are digital representations associated with a ValueBond. They are not shares, equity interests, debt instruments, or ownership rights in a company or physical asset, unless expressly stated in a formal written agreement.
Do I own the physical asset if I hold I.Us?
No. Ownership of Intelligent Units does not confer ownership of the underlying physical asset. The physical asset remains owned and controlled by the asset owner, subject to separate agreements.
Is there a guaranteed return or yield?
No. There is no guaranteed return, income, or profit associated with ValueBond or Intelligent Units.
Does ValueBond set or guarantee valuations?
No. Any valuations referenced are indicative only and may change. ValueBond does not guarantee market value, liquidity, or resale outcomes.
Is the ValueBond Exchange regulated by the FCA?
The ValueBond Exchange operates as a digital marketplace for authenticated digital units. It is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an investment exchange.
Why do I need a ValueBond ID?
A ValueBond ID is required to:
- verify identity
- protect marketplace integrity
- prevent fraud and misuse
- enable secure ownership and transfer of Intelligent Units
Can ValueBond refuse access or issuance?
Yes. ValueBond reserves the right to decline onboarding, issuance, or platform access at its sole discretion, including for compliance, legal, or risk reasons.
Is this related to crypto or tokens?
ValueBond uses digital infrastructure to manage authentication and records. Intelligent Units are not cryptocurrencies and are not intended to function as a payment method or speculative token.
Where are the binding legal terms?
All binding rights and obligations relating to issuance, ownership, valuation, and transfer are set out in a separate, signed ValueBond Issuance Agreement.
